At RVS International Academy, our Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) is a cornerstone of our educational approach, designed to foster holistic development through a blend of the Cambridge EYFS framework and other globally recognized methodologies.

Approach

Our EYFS program incorporates a dynamic blend of the Cambridge Early Years Foundation Stage with elements from Montessori, Reggio Emilia, and the NEP 2020 Indian early years framework. Areas of Development

Personal, Social, and Emotional Development (PSED)

Communication and Language (CL)

Literacy and Numeracy

Assessment and Progression

Ongoing Assessment

We utilize formative assessments to continuously monitor and support each child’s development. Observations and developmental checklists help us tailor our approach to meet individual needs and celebrate milestones.

Progression Milestones

Each stage (EY1, EY2, EY3) is designed to build upon the previous one, ensuring a smooth transition from exploratory learning in EY1 to more structured academic readiness in EY3. This progressive approach prepares children for primary education, with a strong foundation in personal, social, emotional, and academic skills.

Parent Engagement
